Use the spiralizer to creatively add vegetables to dishes or to reinvent vegetable dishes. The spiralizer easily cuts vegetables into ribbons, shoestrings, spirals and "noodles." Carrots, cucumbers, apples, radishes, root vegetables, and zucchinis work best.
Example recipes: salads, noodle dishes, slaws, garnishes.
How to use:
- Chose vegetables or fruits at least 1/2 inches thick.
- Use on clean, dry surface.
- Place vegetable/fruit between blade and prongs and ensure vegetable is securely held by the prongs.
- Rotate crank to spiral vegetable. Make sure blade is in place.
